Mentoring programme

The CESA mentoring programme was set up as a way to help Civil and Environmental students who are beginning their degree. It focuses on helping Part I AP, II and III CESA members by providing assistance from capable mentors. Mentees are placed into groups in terms of their chosen or preferred specialisation, headed by a mentor of the same specialisation. The mentors will help in academic matters in order for mentees to gain a more in depth understanding of the subject. This programme aims to provide academic and administrative opinions and tips from experienced peers so Parts I, II and III students can make more informed decisions in terms of which path to take. We aim to use the mentoring programme to bridge the knowledge gap between not only year levels, but also education and reality.

If you wish to join the mentoring programme, or need any further information, contact CESA at: cesa.mentoring@outlook.co.nz
